PT Panin Financial Tbk (formerly PT Panin Life) is an Indonesian financial services company established in 1974, which initially focused on life insurance and was one of Indonesia’s first listed insurers (listing in 1983). In 2010, it restructured: its life insurance operations were transferred to a subsidiary and the company changed its name to Panin Financial to focus on consulting, management, and administrative services, while continuing to support its financial services group. Its business now includes life insurance (via its subsidiaries), and business consulting services in management and administration.
