PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk, established in 2004 (originally named PT Alam Tri Abadi), is a major holding company under the Adaro Group, headquartered in Jakarta. It operates in various sectors including thermal coal mining, logistics, electricity, water management, plantations (oil palm, rubber), special goods transport, and other investment and service businesses. Its mining operations span several provinces such as South Kalimantan, South Sumatra, and Central Kalimantan. On 5 December 2024, it officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange under the ticker AADI.
