PT Kedawung Setia Industrial Tbk (KDSI), established in 1973 in Surabaya, East Java and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 1996, is a manufacturing company best known for its enamelware household products. Over the years, it expanded its portfolio to include enamel-coated housewares, enamel roofing panels, stainless steel and plastic products, as well as corrugated carton packaging and egg trays through its subsidiaries. The company began exporting in 1987, with the United States as its first major market, and went public in 1996. Today, KDSI operates mainly in three business segments—housewares, packaging, and related products—serving both domestic and international markets.
